'Have Your Say' Regional Final

Congratulations to our students who took part in the regional final of the Association of Language Learning "Have Your Say" competition, which took place at Thomas Lord Audley School on Tuesday 19th May. We entered students for the French sections in Years 7, 8 and 9 and had at least one pair qualify from the local heat in each year group. In the Year 7 competition, Thomas Straetmans and Dominic Holmes were runners-up, in the Year 8 competition Rounak Ghosh and Nikith Thummalapenta were the winners, and in the Year 9 competition Alireza Ghazi-Torbati and James Wrathall were runners-up and Alec Slater and Austin Dakers were the winners. So we have shields for both Year 9 and Year 8 competitions. Well done also to Jacob Heasman and Christopher Cathcart for winning through from the local heat to participate in the regional finals.
