Badminton teams qualify for County Final

The school’s badminton teams were in action in the Badminton England School’s Competition. The first leg was played out between schools from North Essex with six schools competing.

The Year 8/9 team of Nikith Thummalapenta, Praneesh Kathirvel, Ananth Srinivasan and Jason Chan set the standard in their competition remaining undefeated to lift the trophy.

The Year 10/11 team of Gorak Rajesh, Jordan Tang, Aman Ajmani, David Kuriakose and David Purser also produced an outstanding team performance to sweep all before them to also emerge as North Essex Champions.
