2016 A Level and GCSE results at CRGS

We are delighted by the achievements of our enthusiastic and talented students. They work tremendously hard and deserve the great success that they gain. With almost 70% of grades at A* or A, and 90% at grade A* to B the results are slightly up on last year.

115 students achieved at least 3 A Levels graded at A* or A, 20 students achieved 4 A* or better this year and our top performers; Charmiane Cheung, Alice Edney, Jonathan Ma and Ashvin Prabaker, all achieved results in excess of 5 A*. 

At GCSE we also had a strong performance from many students this year with 75 students achieving at least 8 GCSEs graded at A* or A, 15 achieving 10 A* or better and 4 students achieving at least 13 A* grades. Our top performer achieved 14 GCSEs, all at A*. Well done to all. 

We encourage students to excel in all that they do, and it is lovely to see those who have thrown themselves into all the other areas of school life do so well on the academic front as well. A large majority of Year 11 have continued into our Sixth Form and almost all the A Level students have secured their University place; we look forward to hearing of their future success.
