CRGS Through to Next Round of the ESU Public Speaking Competition!

Well done to both teams who participated in the ESU Public Speaking competition last Friday. Congratulations to Team 1 - Year 11 public speakers Harry Hesketh-Paterson, August Jarman-Howe and George Bishop - who came runner up. Harry spoke eloquently on the topic titled ‘Does obsessing about diet help weight loss?’ Both George and August fulfilled the roles of Chair and Questioner with confidence and articulacy, and George was able to take the individual award for Best Chair. We wish the three students the best of luck as they progress to the next round, which will be held in February.
